Thelma Frazier, 76, of New York and Jacksonville Florida, passed away on August 25, 2022. Thelma was predeceased by her mother, Catherine Frazier. She is survived by her sisters Yvonne Frazier Dillon and Sheila Frazier. Her niece Shanekla Frazier, nephew Alvin Frazier, grand and great grand- nieces and nephews along with a host of loving cousins and dear friends.
