Though I’m sad to see this day come I am also very grateful for the moments that we shared and the memories in which we created as a family. I remember when you would call me at random and just talk with me about life, you always asked how school was going and wanted to see me and my siblings succeed and how my moms side of the family was. You were very stern about respect and adamant about kids running in your house and moving your rug. There was never a dull moment when around you, you always told everyone exactly how you felt and what they needed to here. I’m forever grateful that you gave me the best gift I could ask for who gave me life(My father) and grateful to be by your side with you during your journey back to The Kingdom and cried tears of joy as you returned back home peacefully. You and grandma’s love is what I strive for one day and is all anyone could wish to obtain. With that said one day we will be reunited…. until then I love you grandpa.
