Like a good neighbor, Lorraine was always there! Time will not permit me to share all the memories I have of my friend. Suffice it to say she was genuine and had strong convictions in what she believed. She had a heart of gold and never met a stranger. Her infectious smile and laughter along with her quick wit was unlike any other. Mrs. Robinson was a neighbor and friend for over 20 years. She loved the Lord with all her heart and graciously shared her gifts and blessed many. She loved crocheting, cooking and shopping at the Dollar store! Our hearts are heavy as we say farewell on this side; but rejoice in knowing she has found that eternal joy and peace in her new home. She fought a good fight and kept the faith. Rest In Peace my friend...

I remember one occasion I was coming home from work and I saw her walking in Dunn Avenue so I stopped and picked her up. When I asked her where she was coming from she said Sam’s picking up my medicine. So I told her that’s too far for you to be walking and she quickly replied no it’s not.... so I told her the next time you need to go somewhere let me know and I’ll get you there.... again another quick reply I’m not going to bother you. She was always walking through the neighborhood. Later on we had a hurricane and I had to convince her to come over because power was out but we had a generator.... she finally did and we got to spend time just sitting back talking while eating some fried fish... I had not too long lost my mom and she gave me real comfort and enjoyment....... Rest In Peace Mrs. Robinson....... for the family she will truly be missed by her neighbors.... Take comfort in knowing she is present with the Lord... Tonya Gallman

Having the pleasure of knowing Mrs. Robinson for nearly 25 years as a neighbor and friend, I give heartfelt condolences to her family and loved ones. I will surely miss visiting and talking with her as I have Mr. Harry since his passing. He used to jokingly refer to her as my girlfriend which is indicative of how special they both were to me. She is sorely missed! - Best regards & deepest condolences
